All orders are sent from Auckland, New Zealand daily.
All orders within New Zealand are shipped via courier service. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be processed within 24 hours of the next working day.
Please allow 1-3 working days for the North Island and 2-4 working days to the South Island. Deliveries may require a signature and will generally be made between 9am-5pm on weekdays.
International shipments require 5 – 15 working days to arrive.
