All orders are sent from Auckland, New Zealand daily.

All orders within New Zealand are shipped via courier service and are processed at 10am on working days.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order placement. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, the order will be processed within 24 hours of the next working day.

Please allow 1-3 working days for the North Island and 2-4 working days to the South Island.. Deliveries may require a signature and will generally be made between 7am-5pm on weekdays.

International shipments require 7 – 20 working days to arrive.

  • Your delivery details
  • Your style / strength
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, or bank/transaction record for authorised stockists)

Once your claim is approved, we’ll send out a replacement pair as quickly as possible — easy as that.

Please note: customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the replacement.
